47 Application of Part
Subject to this section, this Part applies to any person, including a person who is a provider of prescribed services.

Division 3 applies (and Divisions 2A and 2B do not apply) in relation to the provision of prescribed services if a Pricing Order declares that—
Division 3 applies in relation to the provision of prescribed services; and
the Pricing Order (other than the protected provisions) does not apply in relation to the provision of prescribed services.

To avoid doubt, Divisions 2A and 2B do not apply, and Division 3 applies, to the provision of prescribed services if there is no Pricing Order in effect.
