73E What a towage service licence authorises
(1)
A towage service licence authorises the licence holder to provide the towage service specified in the licence in a commercial trading port specified in the licence.
(2)
An authority referred to in subsection (1) is subject to—
(a)
any other provision of this Act; and
(b)
the conditions specified in this Act and in the towage service licence.
