73G Application
A person who proposes to provide a towage service in a commercial trading port may apply to Ports Victoria for the issue of a towage service licence.
An application under subsection (1) must—
be in the form determined by Ports Victoria; and
be accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any); and
describe the towage service proposed to be provided; and
specify the commercial trading port in which the towage service is proposed to be provided; and
contain any other information required by Ports Victoria.
Ports Victoria—
may require an applicant to provide further information or material in respect of the application; and
may require that the information or material be verified.
