73L Application
A licence holder may apply to Ports Victoria for the renewal of the towage service licence they hold before the expiry of the licence.
An application under subsection (1) must—
be in the form determined by Ports Victoria; and
be accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any); and
describe the towage service proposed to be provided under the renewed licence; and
specify the commercial trading port in which the towage service is proposed to be provided under the renewed licence; and
contain any other information required by Ports Victoria.
Ports Victoria—
may require an applicant to provide further information or material in respect of the application; and
may require that the information or material be verified.
