73ZQ Register of holders of pilotage services licences
(1)
Ports Victoria must keep and maintain a register of every holder of a pilotage services licence.
(2)
The register kept under subsection (1) must set out—
(a)
the name and address of each holder of a pilotage services licence; and
(b)
the date of issue of each pilotage services licence held by a holder of a pilotage services licence; and
(c)
any other information that Ports Victoria determines should be included in the register.
