133 Time limit for making application
(1)
An application for a rehearing or for leave to apply for a rehearing must be made within 28 days after the day of the order.
(2)
For the purpose of subsection (1), if VCAT gives oral reasons for making an order and a party then requests written reasons under section 117 of the VCAT Act, the day on which the written reasons are given to the party is taken to be the day of the order.
