25 Prescribed fees payable by bodies corporate for private security business licences
Subject to regulations 27 and 28 and for the purposes of section 30(1) of the Act, the prescribed application fee for an application made by a body corporate for a private security business licence is the relevant fee set out in Column 3 of the Table.
For the purposes of section 30(2) of the Act, the prescribed licence fee for a private security business licence held by a body corporate is the relevant fee set out in Column 4 of the Table.
Subject to regulations 27 and 28 and for the purposes of section 39(1)(a) of the Act, the prescribed application fee for an application made by a body corporate for the renewal of a private security business licence is the relevant fee set out in Column 3 of the Table.
For the purposes of section 39(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed renewal fee for a private security business licence held by a body corporate is the relevant fee set out in Column 4 of the Table.
