39 Infringement offences and infringement penalties
For the purposes of section 163(1)(b) of the Act, a prescribed offence is an offence set out in Column 2 of the Table.
The prescribed infringement penalty—
for an offence against section 59(1), 62(1), 128(3), 129(2), 129(4), 133 or 138 of the Act is 2·5 penalty units; and
for an offence against section 141(1) or 176(1) of the Act is 5 penalty units; and
for an offence against section 134(1) of the Act is 10 penalty units; and
for a prescribed offence is the penalty set out in Column 3 of the Table in respect of the corresponding prescribed offence set out in Column 2 of the Table.
