101 Extension of time for prosecutions
Despite anything to the contrary in any Act, a proceeding for an offence against this Act may be commenced within the later of—
(a)
3 years after the date on which the offence is alleged to have been committed; or
(b)
2 years after the date on which the Director is first made aware that the offence is alleged to have been committed, but not more than 10 years after the date on which the offence is alleged to have been committed.
