46 Surrender of approval
(1)
The assessment entity for an assessment scheme may surrender the approval for the scheme by notice given to the Business Licensing Authority.
(2)
The surrender of the approval takes effect—
(a)
90 days after the day the notice is given to the Business Licensing Authority; or
(b)
if a later day is stated in the notice, on the later day.
