Representations about show cause notice

In force

(1)

The registered professional engineer may—

(a)

make written representations about the show cause notice to the Director within the show cause period; or

(b)

make oral representations about the show cause notice to the Director at the time within the show cause period, and at the place, agreed by the Director and the registered professional engineer.

(2)

The Director must keep a record of oral representations made under subsection (1)(b).
