Division 3VCAT may conduct disciplinary proceedings
65 Effect of particular orders
If VCAT makes an order to disqualify a person, the Business Licensing Authority must not—
(a)
if the disqualification is indefinite—re‑register the person; or
(b)
if the disqualification is for a stated period—re-register the person during the period stated in the order.
