42 Improper use of information
A person connected with a nominated project must not make improper use of information acquired because of that person's connection with the project—
(a)
to gain directly or indirectly any pecuniary advantage for himself or herself or anyone else;
(b)
with intent to cause detriment to the project irrespective of whether or not detriment was caused.
