83OH Review by VCAT of decisions of the Victorian Racing Tribunal
(1)
A person whose interests are affected by a decision made by the Victorian Racing Tribunal may apply to VCAT for review of that decision in relation to a penalty imposed on the person by the Victorian Racing Tribunal.
(2)
A Steward may apply to VCAT for review of a decision made by the Victorian Racing Tribunal in relation to a penalty imposed by the Victorian Racing Tribunal.
