1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe areas of land to be specified race-courses for the purposes of Division 5 of Part I of the Racing Act 1958.

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe areas of land to be specified race-courses for the purposes of Division 5 of Part I of the Racing Act 1958.
These Regulations are made under section 36 of the Racing Act 1958.
These Regulations come into operation on 25 September 2016.
The following Regulations are revoked—
the Racing (Specified Race-course) Regulations 2006[1];
the Racing (Specified Race-course) Amendment Regulations 2013[2];
the Racing (Specified Race-course) Amendment Regulations 2015[3].
