38I Public availability of rail access guidelines
(1)
The Minister must—
(a)
publish rail access guidelines in the Government Gazette within 30 days after the end of the period of time specified in a notice under section 38N(3)(a) for the draft of the guidelines; and
(b)
make rail access guidelines available for inspection free of charge at the Department's offices.
(2)
In addition, the Minister must cause rail access guidelines to be published on the Department's Internet site.
