57 List of PTC staff
S. 57(1) amended by No. 47/1998 s. 14(1).
Before the relevant date, the PTC must prepare and submit to the Minister a document signed by the Administrator of the PTC listing officers and employees of the PTC and specifying, in respect of each such officer or employee, the rail corporation by which he or she is to be regarded as having been employed by virtue of section 58 with effect from the relevant date.

The document may be amended by instrument signed by the Administrator of the PTC and given to the Minister and the amendment is to be regarded as having effect, or having had effect, from the relevant date.
Nothing in this section prevents a person listed in the document as an officer or employee of the PTC from resigning or being dismissed at any time before the relevant date in accordance with the terms and conditions of his or her appointment or employment.
