Service of copy of notice of closure

In force

Subject to section 67ZC(1), the Secretary within 14 days after the date of closure must cause a copy of the notice of closure to be served on—

(a)

a person on whom a notice of intention to close was served in relation to the private crossing; and

(b)

any persons on whom a notice of intention to close was not served in relation to the private crossing, but of whom the Secretary has since become aware that are of a class referred to in section 67M.
