67ZC Extension or abridgement of time
(1)
If it is provided in this Division that an act or thing may be or is required to be done within a specified time, or not before the expiration of a specified time, and that provision is stated to be subject to this subsection—
(a)
the Governor in Council may abridge that time; or
(b)
the Minister may extend that time; or
(c)
that time may be extended or abridged by agreement between the Secretary and the other party concerned in the matter.
(2)
The Minister may extend time under subsection (1)(b) despite the fact that the time prescribed by this Division for the doing of an act or thing has expired.
