17 The Relationships Register
(1)
The Registrar must maintain a register of registered relationships to be known as the Relationships Register.
(2)
The Relationships Register—
(a)
must contain the particulars of each registered relationship required under this Act to be included in the Register in a form determined by the Registrar; and
(b)
may contain further information if its inclusion is considered appropriate by the Registrar.
(3)
The Relationships Register may be wholly or partly in the form of a computer data base, in documentary form, or in another form the Registrar considers appropriate.
