19 Correction and amendment of Register
The Registrar may correct or amend the Relationships Register—
to reflect a finding made on inquiry under Division 2; or
to bring an entry about a registered relationship into conformity with the most reliable information available to the Registrar of the registered relationship.
The Registrar must, if required by a court or tribunal, correct or amend the Relationships Register.
The Registrar corrects or amends the Relationships Register by adding or cancelling an entry in the Register or by adding, altering or deleting particulars contained in an entry.
The Registrar may add additional registrable information to an entry in the Relationships Register.
A person may apply to the Registrar for the addition of registrable information to an entry in the Relationships Register.
An application under subsection (5) must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
