30 Unauthorised access to or interference with Register
A person must not, without the authority of the Registrar or other lawful authority—
(a)
obtain access to the Relationships Register or information contained in the Register; or
(b)
make, alter or delete an entry in the Relationships Register; or
(c)
interfere with the Relationships Register in any other way.
- 100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment or both.
