34 Purpose
The purpose of this Chapter is to provide for—
(a)
the effect of relationship agreements made between—
(i)
domestic partners;
(ii)
caring partners;
(b)
the adjustment of interests in property between—
(i)
domestic partners;
(ii)
caring partners;
(c)
the rights to maintenance of—
(i)
domestic partners;
(ii)
caring partners.
