74 Transitional provisions
Subject to this section, any right or entitlement that a person had under Part IX of the Property Law Act 1958 immediately before the commencement day is taken, on and after that day, to be a right or entitlement of the person under this Act.
Despite its repeal, section 301 of the Property Law Act 1958, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply on and after that day in relation to any order made or injunction granted under Part IX of that Act before the commencement day.
If an application for an order under Division 2 of Part IX of the Property Law Act 1958 was made before the commencement day but had not been determined before that day, the application is to continue to be dealt with on and after that day in accordance with Part IX of that Act as if that Part had not been repealed.
In this section—
commencement day means the day on which section 72 comes into operation.
