91Z Notice of intention to vacate

A renter may give a residential rental provider a notice of intention to vacate rented premises.
The notice under subsection (1) must specify a termination date that is not less than 28 days after the date on which the notice is given.
A resident of a rooming house who has entered into a fixed term residential rental agreement with a rooming house operator may give the rooming house operator a notice of intention to vacate if the resident has been given a notice to vacate under section 91ZZL or 91ZZM.
