Preamble
Land at Royal Park was reserved by Order in Council dated 20 November 1876.
Certain land at Royal Park is presently used for netball and hockey facilities.
For the further enhancement of permanent sporting and recreational facilities in the State, it is proposed to carry out a major development to establish a new State Netball and Hockey Centre on land at Royal Park to replace the existing netball and hockey facilities.
It is desirable to make provision to facilitate that development.
The Parliament of Victoria therefore enacts as follows:
