26 Water suppliers or water storage managers to provide annual report
A water supplier or water storage manager must give the Secretary a report, in respect of each financial year, on the issues relating to the quality of drinking water and regulated water that are specified by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
A water supplier or water storage manager must include in the report any other details that are required by the regulations or by the Secretary under subsection (3).
The Secretary may, by written notice published in the Government Gazette, require water suppliers or water storage managers to include specified details in any report required by this section.
The water supplier or water storage manager must give the report to the Secretary no later than 31 October.
The water supplier or water storage manager must ensure that copies of the report are made available to the public on or after the day the report is given to the Secretary.
