33 Register of variations, exemptions and undertakings
The Secretary must establish and maintain a register listing—
each variation of aesthetic standards approved under section 19; and
each exemption from a water quality standard approved under section 20; and
each undertaking accepted under section 30.
The Secretary must ensure that the register contains any details concerning variations, exemptions or undertakings required by the regulations.
A person may inspect the register at any time that the office in which the register is kept is open for business.
The Secretary may publish the register, or any details in the register, in any manner or form that the Secretary considers to be appropriate.
