37 Display of identity cards
(1)
An authorised officer must produce his or her identity card for inspection—
(a)
before exercising a power under this Division, other than a requirement made by post; and
(b)
if asked to do so, at any time during the exercise of a power under this Division.
- 10 penalty units.
(2)
An authorised officer may not continue to exercise any power under this Division if he or she fails to produce, on request, his or her identity card for inspection by the occupier of any premises on which the authorised officer is exercising the power.
