In force

A person must not—

(a)

in purported compliance with this Act, give to the Secretary or an authorised officer any information or answer that the person knows is false or misleading in a material detail; or

(b)

produce any document that the person knows is false or misleading in a material detail, without informing the person to whom the document is produced of the defect in the document.

240 penalty units.
