3 Certain land to be exchanged between Council and Authority
(1)
The Council is hereby authorized and required to transfer to the Authority the land shown hatched on the lodged plan freed and discharged from all encumbrances.
(2)
The Authority is hereby authorized and required to transfer to the Council the land shown cross-hatched on the lodged plan freed and discharged from all encumbrances.
