Refunds by Service Victoria CEO

Current

(1)

The Service Victoria CEO may refund any amount of payment received by the Service Victoria CEO—

(a)

to meet a requirement under law; or

(b)

if the Service Victoria CEO considers an error or mistake has been made in the payment.

(2)

The Consolidated Fund is appropriated to the extent necessary for the purposes of subsection (1).
