60 Service Victoria Amendment Act 2022—databases
On and from the commencement of section 28 of the Service Victoria Amendment Act 2022, any database established and maintained by the Service Victoria CEO on behalf of a service agency or the Minister is taken—
(a)
in the case of a database established and maintained on behalf of a service agency, to be established and maintained under section 47A; and
(b)
in the case of a database established and maintained on behalf of the Minister, to be established and maintained under section 47B.
