9A Performance of customer service functions by agreement
The Service Victoria CEO and a service agency head, or a person authorised by the service agency head, may agree in writing for the Service Victoria CEO to perform a customer service function of the service agency.
On the coming into force of an agreement under subsection (1), the Service Victoria CEO may perform the customer service function for or on behalf of the service agency.
Subsection (2) applies despite anything to the contrary in the law (if any) that confers the customer service function on the service agency.
