21 Use of reasonable force and assistance to enter premises
(1)
Subject to section 22, the sheriff may use any force and assistance that is reasonably necessary to enter premises for the purpose of exercising a power under—
(a)
court and enforcement legislation; or
(b)
a warrant.
(2)
The sheriff must not use any force to enter premises for the purpose of serving a seven day demand.
