Sheriff may sell or otherwise deal with seized property

In force

Subject to this Act, the sheriff may—

(a)

sell property seized in accordance with the relevant court and enforcement legislation, or a warrant that authorises the seizure of property, for the purpose of applying the proceeds of the sale to the payment of a payable amount; or

(b)

deal with property seized in accordance with a warrant that authorises the seizure of property.
