20 Prescribed court and enforcement legislation
For the purposes of the definition of court and enforcement legislation in section 3 of the Sheriff Act 2009, the following are prescribed Acts—
the Bail Act 1977;
the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005;
the Confiscation Act 1997;
the Crown Proceedings Act 1958;
the EastLink Project Act 2004;
the Goods Act 1958;
the Imperial Acts Application Act 1980;
the Imprisonment of Fraudulent Debtors Act 1958;
the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986;
the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009;
the Project Development and Construction Management Act 1994;
the Property Law Act 1958;
the Residential Tenancies Act 1997;
the Road Management Act 2004;
the Transfer of Land Act 1958.
