13 Rate of short stay levy
(1)
The rate of the short stay levy is 7·5% of the total booking fee for a short stay in short stay accommodation.
(2)
If the amount determined under subsection (1) is not a multiple of 5 cents, the amount must be rounded down to the nearest multiple of 5 cents.
