Continued immunity of former OSI officers

Current

Despite the repeal of the Special Investigator Act 2021, section 26 of that Act as in force immediately before its repeal continues in operation as if—

(a)

it had not been repealed; and

(b)

a reference to "OSI officer" included a reference to "a person who was at any time an OSI officer".
