10 Prescribed information
For the purposes of section 12(1)(d) of the Act, the following is prescribed information—
Reg. 10(a) amended by S.R. No. 118/2026 reg. 6.
(a)
any conviction the applicant has received during the waiting period;
(b)
the date of any previous application for a spent conviction order made by the applicant in relation to the conviction that is the subject of the application;
(c)
the applicant's contact information.
