Trust may act despite vacancy etc.

In force

An act or decision of the Trust is not invalid only because of—

(a)

a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of a member; or

(b)

a vacancy in the office of member; or

(c)

in the case of an acting member, the occasion for the member acting has not arisen.
