23A Management powers over additional land
If the Trust is appointed as a committee of management under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 over any land, then—
(a)
despite anything to the contrary in the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 or any regulations made under that Act, the Trust may exercise its powers and functions under this Act (other than section 25) in relation to that land as if it were State Sport Centres land; and
(b)
to the extent that there is any inconsistency between the powers and functions of the Trust under this Act and the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 or any regulations made under that Act, this Act prevails.
