30 Business plan

The Trust must prepare a business plan for the State Sport Centres each year.

The Trust must give a copy of the proposed plan to the Minister on or before the date in each year that is determined by the Minister.

The proposed business plan must be in or to the effect of a form approved by the Minister and must include—
a statement of corporate intent, being information about the objectives, main undertakings, activities, accounting policies and performance measures;
financial statements containing the information required by the Minister;
any other matters that the Minister directs.

The Trust must consider any comments on the proposed plan that are made to it by the Minister within 2 months after the plan was submitted to the Minister.

The Trust must consult in good faith with the Minister following communication to it of the comments, must make such changes to the plan as are agreed between the Minister and the Trust and must deliver the completed plan to the Minister within 3 months after the plan was submitted to the Minister.

The plan, or any part of the plan, must not be published or made available except for the purposes of this Part without the prior approval of the Trust and the Minister.
