31 Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages to receive copy of orders
(1)
The court must give a sealed copy of the order to the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages if the court makes—
(a)
a substitute parentage order; or
(b)
an order discharging a substitute parentage order; or
(c)
a registration order; or
(d)
an order revoking a registration order.
(2)
If the court makes a registration order, the court must also give to the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages a copy of the sealed copy of the corresponding surrogacy parentage order.
