47 Transitional—Application of Part V
(1)
Part V applies in respect of a pregnancy which resulted from a procedure carried out in Victoria after the commencement of Part 14 of the 2008 Act.
(2)
Nothing in Part V affects the vesting in possession or in interest of any property that occurred before the commencement of Part 14 of the 2008 Act.
