What are the purposes of this Act?

The purposes of this Act are to—

S. 1(a) amended by No. 47/1989 s. 5(1).

(a)

set out the procedure for the subdivision and consolidation of land, including buildings and airspace, and for the creation, variation or removal of easements or restrictions; and

S. 1(b) amended by No. 42/2017 s. 47.

(b)

regulate the management of and dealings with common property and the constitution and operation of owners corporations.
