Dissolution of owners corporation

In force

If an owners corporation exercises its power under section 32(g) to dissolve itself—

(a)

the Registrar must not amend or cancel the plan to give effect to the exercise of that power unless satisfied that the owners corporation has no accrued or accruing debts; and

(b)

the owners corporation is dissolved when the Registrar amends or cancels the plan.
