27 Time for Council to certify or re-certify amended plans
Subject to regulation 34, for the purposes of section 11(7) of the Act, the prescribed time is—
(a)
in of the case of a procedural plan, 7 days from the date on which the Council received the application; or
(b)
in the case of a general plan that is not referred to a referral authority, 14 days from the date on which the Council received the application; or
(c)
in the case of a general plan referred to a referral authority, 28 days from the date on which the Council received the application.
