27 Advisory role of Scrutiny Committee
The Scrutiny Committee may advise the Minister about any matter relating to the administration or operation of this Act including—
S. 27(a) amended by No. 78/2010 s. 36.
(a)
the making of regulations under section 4(1) and 4A(1); and
(b)
the making of guidelines.
