16 Land and other property transfers
For the purposes of performing its functions, the Authority may—
(a)
dispose of land, an interest in land, or any property to a subsidiary of the Authority, the State or a public authority for nominal consideration; or
(b)
accept the transfer of land, an interest in land, or any property from a subsidiary of the Authority, the State or a public authority for nominal consideration.
